Warranty and Conditions of Sale

 













With proper care, SkyDancer products will provide years of enjoyment. The Air Systems require zero maintenance. Fabric Figures & Tubes should be washed periodically in cold water with mild non-bleach detergent on gentle cycle. Air dry without heat of any kind, as the heat will destroy the fabric coating.

Caution: Although SkyDancer products are built tough, they are made of lightweight material which enables them to fly. Make sure that the area where you are flying your SkyDancer product is clear of sharp or hot objects as such items will damage the flying product if it makes contact with them. Damage is not covered under our warranty.

Warranty Information

SkyDancer air systems are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. Puppets and tubes made of fabric are warranted for six months.

Warranty starts from the ship date listed on the purchase invoice. SkyDancers Unlimited will repair or replace defective air systems, puppets or tubes at its discretion.

Shipping costs, abuse, neglect, damage, demo models and expendables are excluded from this warranty.

All warranty claims must be in writing and submitted to SkyDancers Unlimited's Warranty Administrator who will try to remedy the claim upon receipt of the claim. If the Warranty Administrator determines that the product(s) must be returned for repair or replacement, he/she will issue and "RA" number. The "RA" number must be written on all returned packages.

Under normal circumstances, warranty repairs will be completed within four weeks of receipt of warranted product(s) at SkyDancers Unlimited.

Conditions of Sale

Customer agrees to the following conditions of sale:

All SkyDancer products are made to order. Orders will not be processed until full payment is received. Delays in our receipt of payment will delay shipment day for day.

Customer acknowledges that he shall read operation instructions and operate all special event equipment in accordance with SkyDancer operating instructions and understands that certian hostile weather conditions may prevent the equipment from operating properly.

SkyDancers Unlimited sells quality special event equipment, and all SkyDancers Unlimited producst are considered special event products, covered by SkyDancers Unlimited warranties covering defects in material and workmanship, and will be repaired or replaced at SkyDancers Unlimited's discretion, excluding shipping charges, only after evaluation and determination of the claimed defect.

Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are expressly excluded. SkyDancers Unlimited shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind.

A SkyDancers Unlimited return authorization is required on all returned goods.

All shipping charges are the customer's responsiblity. All special event equipment sales are final and refunds are not authorized.

A $30.00 fee shall apply to NSF Checks. A restocking charge of 60% shall apply on orders canceled before shipment.

Freight damage claims must be submitted to carrier immediately by the customer.

Addional charges for last minute or rush shipments may apply.
