Our
minimum rental fee is $300.00.
Rental fees are
calculated in accord with the value of the items rented.
A non-refundable
50% deposit is required at the time a rental reservation is made.
The balance of
the rental fee is due prior to pick-up or shipment.
The cost of out-going
freight will be added to the rental total on the day of shipment.
Credit cards are
our preferred payment method.
Checks must clear
a renter’s bank before a rental reservation is considered firm, and
before shipment takes place.
A security deposit
in the amount of the value of the items rented is required:
A. If payment is
by credit card an authorization only - not a charge - will be secured
against the card. Upon return of the items rented in acceptable condition,
the authorization will be canceled. In the event of damage to any items
rented, the cost of repair will be charged under the previously secured
authorization number. If the rented items are beyond repair, or not
returned, the full amount of the previously secured authorization
will be charged to the card.
B. If payment is
by check the security deposit will be held in our account until the
rented items are returned in acceptable condition. In the event of damage
to any items rented, the cost of repair will be deducted and the balance
of the security deposit will be refunded by our company check. If the
rented items are beyond repair, or not returned, the full amount
of the security deposit will be retained.
Renters are responsible
for return shipment and freight costs incurred.
