Lease Information

Advantages of Leasing:

*2. 100% expense for tax purposes;
*3. No significant cash outlay all at one time;
*4. Ease of incorporation into long-term budget;

* 6. Always have relatively new and most up-to-date equipment.

We have made special arrangements for those of our clients who prefer to lease SkyDancers, rather than purchase them outright.

You may work directly with Direct Lease Corporation (we will be happy to facilitate the process) or
You may elect to work with another leasing firm of your choice.

Some essentials about Direct Lease Corporation Leases

Contract Terms range from two [2] years to five [5] years.

Interest Rates range between Prime and eighteen percent [18%], depending on credit history, term of lease, the dollar volume involved, and the Lease Maturity Option selected.

Dollar Volume of lease contracts range between $1000.00 and $100,000.00

Lease Maturity Options include:
A. $1.00 buy out option: Purchase the equipment at the end of the term for $1.00.
B. 10%Buyout: Purchase the equipment for up to, but not more than 10% of the
original cost; or return the equipment to the lessor.
